How To Use It

Inhale directly from the bottle, diffuse in a burner or diffuser, add to your bath or shower or dilute in a carrier oil for use in aromatherapy massage.

As any other essential oil blend it should be tested first on a small area of skin. If a skin reaction occurs, the blend should be diluted 1:1 with any cold pressed carrier oil. After initial dilution if skin reaction still appears, dilute the blend further or discontinue use on skin.
