Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please choose carefully. We do not allow refunds for change your mind, a wrong selection, or unwanted gifts. We are unable to resell your returned products due to safety, hygiene and product integrity. You may choose to receive a refund or exchange where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or does not do what it is supposed to do. Products must be returned as soon as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Aromatherapy Blends Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality and efficacy of our original Natural Remedy Aromatherapy Blends and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our Natural Remedy Aromatherapy Blends, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, including the cost of postage to send the item back to us. Try any of our aromatherapy blends, risk-free. If you receive a blend and don’t like the smell, or it doesn’t work for you, we’ll pay for you to send it back.

Incorrect Items Received

All care is taken when completing your order for shipment.

Damaged in transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, Aromatherapy Clinic is not responsible for damages incurred. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages where Australia Post or a courier has acted on special delivery instruction provided by the customer regarding the shipment delivery (e.g. leave at door, leave next to garage, etc). Please contact Australia Post for more information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aromatherapyclinic.com.au and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you are returning our original Natural Remedy Aromatherapy Blends. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless we are refunding any of our Therapeutic Blends. We pay for the full cost of returning our range of Therapeutic Blends only.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
