How much is postage?
Postage is calculated based on distance and weight of the delivery. The postage costs will be added to your cart at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?  
We aim ship to you within 1-3 business day. Unless otherwise noted on the product page.

How long will it take to arrive?
We ship using various couriers or Australia Post from Sydney, NSW.  Depending on where you are located this could be as quick as 2 business days (for the east coast) or up to 5-7 if you are located in remote or rural areas. 

Who do I contact if my order is late?
If you have not received your order please email us at or contact the shipping company who’s details you have received when your order was dispatched.  They will be able to give you an update.  

Unclaimed Parcels/Returned Postage:
Once your order has left us, it is your responsibility to keep track of it via the tracking you were sent.  If you fail to collect the item from the Post Office in the required time frame and it is returned to us, you will be liable for return postage if you wish for the order to be resent.  Otherwise, we will issue a refund less an admin fee of $10.  This procedure also applies to addresses that have been entered incorrectly on your order form.
