5 Natural Remedies For Common Ailments


Apply 2 or 3 drops of Frankincense essential oil into the skin on the very top of your head and rub in with your finger.


Massage a few drops of Grapefruit oil on your temples.

Stomach Ache

Massage your belly gently using diluted Peppermint oil.

Sore Throat

Throat gargle with one spoon of Swedish Bitters drops diluted in a half glass of water. (Swedish Bitters can be purchased from health shops or some chemists).


To speed up wounds healing use a fresh leaf of Aloe Vera and squeeze the juice on the wound often. Aloe Vera acts also as an antiseptic.

IMPORTANT !!! Always dilute essential oils when applying directly on skin.
